Owner and Chef Paul Kuipers, started at Courtney's Brasserie as a work experience student back in 1988. His raw talent and flare for food naturally led to him being offered an apprenticeship with Kim & Joanne Torta. Since then he had gone on to fulfill their dream of creating the most prestigious restaurant in Parramatta.
