Courtney's Brasserie History  Owner and Chef Paul Kuipers, started at Courtney's Brasserie as a work experience student back in 1988. His raw talent and flare for food naturally led to him being offered an apprenticeship with Kim & Joanne Torta. Since then he had gone on to fulfill their dream of creating the most prestigious restaurant in Parramatta. Kim and Joanne may have passed the torch to Paul but the dream continues as Paul makes people feel welcome, in a relaxed environment with the highest standard of service, food and wine.
