Courtney’s Brasserie is situated in the historic Phillip Cottages, two brick cottages which date to the early 1840’s.

Courtney’s Brasserie is an intimate restaurant with a Private Room and is a great location for small or larger groups to dine. A courtyard area is available for alfresco dining, weather permitting.

Courtney’s offers a Contemporary A la Carte menu, with French influences and a choice of set menus for group bookings. 

Try a degustation Menu (degustation is French for ‘to taste, similar to a banquet where everyone receives many tasting courses) this is a great way to eat and a great experience. Menu’s can be adjusted to suit everyone and matching wines can be organised to go with each course (great for wine appreciation and education)

Private bookings** are available for your function, where you can exclusively book the entire restaurant or Private Room.

•    Choices for groups are as follows:

$65.90 Set Menu- A three course menu with three choices for each course, which includes bread, side dishes and tea or coffee.

$58.90 5 Course Menu – A five course degustation per person with matching wines $125

$45.90 Set Lunch Menu- A Two course menu served alternately, which includes bread, side dishes and tea or coffee. (Minimum 12 Guests)

Courtney’s Private Room is also available for Breakfast or Morning Tea Meetings

In addition to these packages come with the following options:
•    Canapés on arrival, 3 choices, $9.90/person
•    Projectors and screens and other equipment can be organised for you business presentations.
•    Beverage package for four hours,$34.90/ person
•    Gifts for your staff or guests including a range of hampers, wine decanters, boxed chocolates, flowers, teddy bears and balloons.

Typical Breakfast Menu - (20 people @ $16 per person)

  • Tea, coffee (self serve on table)
  • Scrambled eggs - tomato, bacon and inch thick toast for winter.
  • Fruit plates, danishes and pastries for summer.
  • $25 bacon, egg, rosti (hash brown) sausage, tomato, lamb chop and toast.

Conferences & Speaking engagements

Reserve Courtney's function room for your next conference - room for a day - depends on group and budget but a typical day

  • Half Day $220

Working Lunch

Working lunches start with gourmet sandwiches (breads and fillings) for example sourdough with smoked salmon, avocado and brie. Request your own favourites or leave it to our chef Paul Kuipers to make a selection of delicate delights with low GI and low fat options a specialty.

We often add in a choice of three hot foods such as:
  • Home made mini quiche
  • Sausage rolls
  • Pastizzi (A small filo pastry filled with items such as spinach and feta)
Or for winter we can create your favourite soup with loads of crusty bread rolls and lashings of butter.

Drinks Packages

Beverage package for 4 hours are $28.90 per person and includes, Beer (Boags, Cascade, Crown Larger, Cascade Light & Hahn Light), Red & White Wine, Sparkling, Soft Drink & Juice.

**Term & Conditions- Private bookings are conditional upon a minimum spend of $2000, in December or a room hire will be charged. A deposit of $20/person is required upon booking to confirm your reservation.  Deposits will not be refunded if cancellation occurs within two weeks of the booking date.
