Courtney's Brasserie have sourced some local Truffles from Oberon and we are putting together a TWO Night only event with a 7 course degustation menu matched with wine to showcase these magnificent fresh local truffles.

When: Saturday Night 9th July and Saturday 6th of August
Time: 6:30 arrivals for canapes then 7pm start
Cost : $90 for 7 course degustation, or $145 matched to wine

Come and try a magnificent 7 course degustation with each course featuring Fresh truffles from Oberon. Just over the Blue Mountains.

The truffles are dug fresh from the roots of Oak trees, that are in there early stages of growth but have been producing some beautiful sized Truffles. With our Local season growing to an end as Spring grows near it is a great chance to taste Truffles freshly dug from the ground with out Flying to France.
