Our wedding catering team can provide for a number of wedding styles, whether you would like a simple garden cocktail event or a lavish sit down meal in a silk lined marquise with a string quartet. Our versatile and creative team will do all we possibly can to cater precisely to your desired wishes.
We will meet you at your chosen location to work out everything for you, we act as your wedding planner and get done what you want. Courtney's can take all your stress away by fully co-ordinating your event, including all hire needs, setting up, through to the clean up at the end. And we will organize the most delicious food you have ever enjoyed, prepared just for you, for your guests on your special day.

Courtney's Catering is the sister company of Courtney's Brasserie, our award-winning restaurant and was established not long after the Restaurant opened in 1984. Garden Cocktail
Allow us to look after you and your guests from the moment you arrive.
Starting with champagne, cold canapés and an antipasto platter, then into more substantial fare such as Japanese crumbed king prawn with dipping sauce, to make sure no one leaves hungry. We will cater to your needs, as well as your guests, providing everyone with a delicious array of food that will have your tastebuds tingling!

Buffet
Our staff will arrive and set the venue the day before, allowing plenty of time for personal touches. On the day we will arrive with plenty of time to spare, making sure all requests are met, leaving you to enjoy the day.
Starting with canapés on arrival, your guests will be well looked after while you have your photos taken. We will greet the bridal party on arrival with canapés or organise to have them come to your photo shoot. Your guests may be seated and watching as the bridal party make their way to the lavish buffet. Once your guests have enjoyed their meal, the tables are cleared and the dessert and coffee buffet is set for all to enjoy.
Buffet menus are individually designed with your influence and the season in mind.
